Tata has expanded the (petrol/diesel) Sierra range with two new special trims:
-
Tata Sierra Dark Edition — starting at Rs. 13.99 lakh, featuring a blacked-out exterior treatment consistent with the growing trend of "dark edition" SUV variants across the industry (see also our Nexon Camo Edition and Exter Knight Edition coverage).
-
Tata Sierra Legend Series — starting at Rs. 11.99 lakh, positioned as a distinct trim tier with its own styling and feature differentiation from the standard Sierra range.
Why This Matters
With both the Dark Edition and Legend Series landing in quick succession, Tata is clearly using cosmetic variants as a low-cost way to keep the Sierra nameplate feeling fresh and to widen its price ladder — a strategy we've now seen repeated across the Nexon, Harrier, Safari and now Sierra in 2026.
