Avondale, Arizona, United States | Race: 17 October 2026; official report: 18 October. Max Reaves won at Phoenix Raceway in Joe Gibbs Racing’s final ARCA-platform appearance. The result is his first victory in the ARCA Menards Series West, according to ARCA’s 18 October race report.
Reaves and Reimer trade the lead
Taylor Reimer challenged Reaves throughout the race and briefly retook the lead through traffic late on. Reaves passed back before contact with Andrew Chapman helped set up an overtime restart. Another caution followed Helio Meza’s crash; rain then prompted officials to finish the event under caution.
Phoenix ARCA West results
The official results published on 18 October record 114 laps for each of the top five. Reimer’s runner-up finish was her best ARCA result, the series reports.
| Position | Driver | Car |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Max Reaves | No. 18 Toyota |
| 2 | Taylor Reimer | No. 82 Chevrolet |
| 3 | Mason Massey | No. 19 Chevrolet |
| 4 | Gavan Boschele | No. 25 Toyota |
| 5 | Kasey Kleyn | No. 20 Toyota |
A team farewell, not the season finale
JGR had announced it would close its ARCA programme after 2026. The wider West Series continues: its finale is scheduled for 31 October at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway. Phoenix should therefore be read as JGR’s last ARCA event, not the championship’s last round.
This result is also separate from Jesse Love’s O’Reilly Series win at Phoenix. The shared venue hosted different competitions with different results.
