Honda Cars India has launched the facelifted Elevate at an introductory starting price of Rs. 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). This follows the Rs. 21,000 token bookings that opened ahead of the unveiling, which we covered in our earlier preview. Bookings for the C-segment SUV remain open.

What Changed In The 2026 Elevate Facelift

The headline addition is a new ZX Plus variant, positioned above the existing ZX trim. It brings three features that the outgoing Elevate never offered:

  • Ventilated rear seats
  • Powered front seats
  • 360-degree camera

These were some of the gaps we flagged in our earlier variants coverage, so the facelift does address part of the feature shortfall versus rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Toyota Hyryder.

2026 Honda Elevate Variant Line-up

The Elevate is now offered in six variants:

Variant Position In Range
SV Entry-level
V Lower-mid
VX Upper-mid
ZX High-spec
ZX Plus New top variant
ZX Plus Black Top variant with an all-black exterior and interior theme

Colour Options

Honda offers the facelifted Elevate in seven single-tone and three dual-tone colours, so there are ten exterior combinations in total. Our separate variant-wise colour guide covers which shades are available on which trims.

Price Movement: Facelift vs Pre-Facelift

Before this update, the Elevate's base price stood at Rs. 11.60 lakh following Honda's August 2026 price hike. The facelift's introductory Rs. 11.80 lakh starting price is therefore only a marginal step up at the entry level, while the new ZX Plus extends the top of the range.

What To Check Before You Book

  • Confirm with your dealer whether any mechanical or powertrain changes accompany the facelift, as this launch is mainly framed around design and features
  • Compare the ZX Plus against the ZX closely, since the extra money mainly buys comfort and camera features
  • Ask about old-stock pricing, because dealers are currently discounting pre-facelift cars (see our October 2026 offers article)

Rivals

The 2026 Elevate continues to compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun and MG Astor.

Final Word

The Elevate facelift is Honda's most meaningful response yet to criticism about its sparse features list. The ZX Plus gives buyers ventilated rear seats, powered front seats and a 360-degree camera, while the Rs. 11.80 lakh starting price keeps it competitive in the crowded midsize SUV segment.
